The Lotus Notes Integration for Alfresco allows easy access to all essential Alfresco functionalities:

  • Directory listings based on user rights
  • Request Alfresco’s standard functionalities through context menus (Check-In, Check-Out, Copy, Move, Delete and more)
  • Open and edit documents via WebDAV directly from the directory listing
  • Store e-mails and/or attachments in the Alfresco Repository per drag & drop
  • Attach documents (link or document attachment) from the Alfresco repository to e-mails per drag & drop
  • Configurable search functions by metadata or in full-text mode

E-mail Archiving – flexible and individual

Because of its flexible architecture and special functionalities, the Alfresco / Notes integration is perfectly suited for rule-based e-mail archiving:

  • Store e-mails and/or attachments in the Alfresco repository
  • Enter metadata during archiving
  • Replace original e-mail messages on Domino server with link to respective archived e-mail in the Alfresco repository (stubbing)
  • Customized e-mail display in the Alfresco SHARE document library
  • Mail filter provisioning (today, yesterday, last Week) in Alfresco SHARE
